Since the old site of my defunct gaming group was killed by the hosting company, here we are at a new location. Also, all the force lists and other locally hosted files are now in single large zip file instead of multiple PDFs and Word docs. The listing below acts as a table of contents. Once you download the zip, it should be pretty obvious from the file names which one contains which material.
My forces for this category are build following a set of (often vague) conversion guidelines from another game system into D:VG. Can't vouch for how other people "do their thing". Still, conversions of a sort these are, young padawan.
Armies not per se converted from another ruleset, but "inspired by" a certain line of miniatures, many of them now gone the way of the dodo.
And now for something completely different... Ok, would you settle for a little different?
Anyway, a (most likely aborted for good) project from days before "industrial fantasy" was a thing in Defiance, inspired by the great "steampunk fantasy" authors like China Mieville, as well as the comic Girl Genius and that certain specifically-touted-as-steampunk-fantasy game by Privateer Press.
The universe in which the PIF forces (three of them in theory, with only Army of the Sun completed) are supposed to operate is in fact the same one my humble efforts at running an actual role playing game took place, only some 3,000 years in the future of that almost (and possibly best) forgotten campaign.
